[Case Study] Geothermal Power Plant

At a certain geothermal power plant, the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the surrounding area was high due to volcanic gases, so the power generation equipment was placed in a sealed enclosure. However, a phenomenon occurred where the concentration did not decrease below 11 ppb (*ppb = 1/1 billion). Since the customer was located far away, we provided consulting via phone and email (with attached drawings) and introduced a "Coraline" of suitable size for the enclosure. After the introduction, the customer conducted monitoring using copper plates themselves, and the results were reported to be good. [Case Study] Major Paper Company

Introducing a case study of the implementation of Corline at one of the top five major paper companies in the country!

A major paper manufacturing company experienced significant damage due to a long-term shutdown of the production line caused by electronic equipment malfunctions. From this experience, they focused on measures against hydrogen sulfide. The customer was aware that hydrogen sulfide was entering the electrical room from outside, and as a countermeasure, they installed a ceiling-mounted hydrogen sulfide removal device. However, upon checking with a hydrogen sulfide measuring device, it was confirmed that a certain amount of hydrogen sulfide was generated for several hours during the day, leading them to contact our company. We conducted a test on-site using a demo unit of "Corline," and since its effectiveness was recognized, they decided to implement our product. It is possible to remove hydrogen sulfide without adsorbing the target gas! A case study of our Corline implementation.

We would like to introduce a case where our product "Coraline" was adopted at a biomass power plant. The initial need was to introduce a measurement device for the concentration of specific gases contained in biogas. However, since the presence of hydrogen sulfide can lead to malfunctions of the measurement device, they inquired with us about the removal of hydrogen sulfide. Our product was adopted because, unlike activated carbon, it does not adsorb the target gas and can primarily remove hydrogen sulfide.
